Understand the struggle

Jeg kæmper for at fordøje det der er sket,
jeg kæmper for at se alt hvad der er svært, at se.

I don't know if I struggle in vain,
though I know much is in pain.

But to know if anybody knows what is in me,
that is the hardest thing, to see.
